These EKM meters will keep track of pulse counts from up to 3 pulse-output meters. Any dry-contact, non-powered on/off source will connect directly to the 3 pulse-input connections on the meter.

Pulse to units ratio is configurable in the meter for 1:1 to 1:9999.

Pulse counts are held in the same non-volatile memory as the rest of the meter data.

In this example setup, a pulse-output water meter is connected to one of the three pulse-inputs of the EKM-25EDSP-N v.2.  The EKM meter keeps track of the pulse counts in non-volatile memory, and setting the pulse ratio allows the user to read his water use in the units of his choice. EKM Metering only sells kWh meters. There are many sources of pulse-output water, gas and other meters online.

This 3-phase, 4-wire meter can be used to meter a wide variety of electrical systems. Can be used for everything from 120V, single-phase, 2-wire, to 480V, 3-phase, 4-wire, both 60Hz and 50Hz. There is not an electrical system in common use that this meter will not support. We now stock CTs for up to 600A, and much larger CTs are available on special order.
